Problem

Sales data is spread across 4–5 systems and the owner builds reports by hand.

Solution

Connect CRM, telephony, ads and finance into one RLS-isolated Go SaaS dashboard.

Result

tizimly.uz is live, submitted to the amoCRM marketplace, backend 2.3–3.2x faster.

In small and medium businesses sales data is scattered: leads in amoCRM or Bitrix24, calls in telephony, ads in Meta Ads, finance in spreadsheets. Tizimly gathers everything in one dashboard: conversion per stage and manager, lead-source attribution, quality-lead rules, missed first calls and seller KPIs.

The biggest technical job was rewriting the backend from Python (FastAPI) to Go (Fiber). 191 endpoints were ported with identical routes and JSON, the frontend stayed untouched, and throughput rose 2.3–3.2x. Tenant isolation lives in the database through row-level security, and CI verifies RLS on every tenant table.

Integrations: amoCRM/Kommo (OAuth, paged sync with checkpoints), Bitrix24, Meta Ads, UTEL and "Moi Zvonki" telephony, subscriptions via Payme and Click, Telegram notifications, Google Sheets backups. The AI assistant uses permission-checked tools, transcribes and summarises call recordings, and talks in voice mode over OpenAI Realtime.

Production is hardened: read-only containers, encrypted backups, a standby replica over WireGuard, and CI with gofmt/vet/staticcheck/govulncheck, migration idempotency, go test -race and Trivy scans.
