Small companies juggle Telegram groups, spreadsheets and separate CRMs. Weel B2B gives owners, managers and employees one role-aware workspace: kanban tasks, projects, calendar, a 5 GB file drive, real-time chat, and audio/video calls and conferences on LiveKit.
The CRM module brings a three-stage lead funnel, customers, payments, debts, printable commercial offers and per-company Meta lead-ads intake. Inventory: catalogue, a stock-document engine, purchase requests, xlsx/csv import and export. HR: geofenced attendance, employee of the month, statistics. Corporate travel through Hotelios.
The backend was fully rewritten from Django to Go: one modular monolith, 49 embedded migrations, multi-instance realtime over Redis, OpenAPI docs and a test that fails on any undocumented route. Beside it sits the CCD support panel: TOTP agents, an append-only audit log, SLAs counted in working hours and consent-based access into a customer workspace via SMS codes.
Deploys are health-gated: pg_dump before rollout, /readyz, commit-sha check, automatic rollback to the previous tag and smoke tests posted to Telegram.
